Quants currently has about 30 employees integrating financial advisers, portfolio managers, risk and trading professionals, quantitative researchers and analysts, and computer scientists, and legal and compliance officers. This multidisciplinary team powers both our advisory services and the development of our data-driven SaaS platform.

Gokhan J Kisacikoglu
Mr. Kisacikoglu brings over two decades of experience in trading derivatives markets. Since 2006, he launched and grew several financial service platforms and advisory firms specializing in designing and trading derivative overlays and synthetic indices. He consolidated these technologies until 2014 and subsequently founded Quants, Inc. in 2017 and launched Quants Fund, LP, a liquid alternative fund.
Before transitioning to the finance industry, he spent approximately 20 years working on stochastic and physically-based computer aided simulations with high-performance computing (HPC) for both government research and private projects,

Brent Peters
Brent Peters, 45, has been a registered financial advisor since 2009. Since 2019, his greatest passion
has been building relationships with high-net-worth clients and businesses, and educating them on trading strategies using derivatives. This enthusiasm led him to join Quants as a partner in 2022. Mr. Peters brings with him a wealth of industry experience from prestigious institutions such as Edward Jones and TD Ameritrade/Schwab.

Ahmet Eti
Ahmet Eti, CTO, boasts over three decades of expertise in technology and SaaS development, operations, and marketing. He is the founder of Sebit in USA and Turkey, a company that employs over 300 people and has thrived under his leadership for over 20 years.
Sebit's SaaS platform in education serves millions daily across 17 countries. Following its acquisition by Turk Telekom Group in 2007, Mr. Eti continued to manage Sebit for over a decade. An early investor in Quants, Mr. Eti has built his technology team and has been fully dedicated to Quants' technology development and operations since 2023.

Tawan Carvalho
Tawan Carvalho is a Quantitative Researcher with a PhD in Physics, specializing in computational neuroscience, machine learning, and complex systems modeling. With peer-reviewed publications in Nature Communications, Journal of Neurochemistry, and Frontiers in Neural Circuits, his academic work focuses on dynamic modeling, statistical inference, and large-scale neural network analysis.
At Quants Infinity, Carvalho leverages advanced AI techniques, probabilistic modeling, and time-series analytics to develop data-driven frameworks for market prediction, alpha research, and risk optimization.

Thiago Maia
Thiago Maia is the Chief Economist at Quants Infinity, with more than 20 years of experience in applied economic analysis, market intelligence, and data-driven forecasting. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and advanced training in Machine Learning and Data Science from IBM, alongside strong expertise in econometrics, macroeconomic modeling, and financial analysis.
At Quants Infinity, Maia leads the development of predictive macroeconomic models, integrating Python-based econometrics, deep learning architectures, and advanced time-series techniques to assess global economic regimes and their impact on U.S. financial markets. His work spans automated data pipelines, dimensionality reduction, probabilistic modeling, and macro stress testing, contributing to the firm’s research agenda with high-precision insights for market prediction, risk management, and strategic economic positioning.
Business Analysis
Ali Gürer
Ali Gürer is a seasoned expert in business analysis, product development, and data strategy, with over two decades of experience spanning SaaS platforms, FinTech, e-commerce, education, and public sector solutions. He has held senior roles at leading organizations such as Siemens Business Services, and Sebit, where he led large-scale product initiatives and analytics-driven transformations. Ali combines deep technical insight with strategic thinking to deliver scalable digital platforms. He holds an MBA and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University.
Ali Gürer is a senior business analyst at Quants Tech, where he leads business analysis and product development.
